Google uvádí AdSense Ad Review Center15.December
Google na oficiálním blogu AdSense oznámil novou, velice zajímavou vlastnost systém Google AdSense. Během několika příštích měsíců bude do administrace všech uživatelů přidána záložka AdSense Review Center, která umožní mnohem větší kontrolu nad reklamami zobrazovanými na vašich stránkách. Konkrétně tedy nad reklamami zacílenými právě na váš web. To vám umožní zajistit korektnost a relevanci takovýchto reklam a v případě nevhodného obsahu takovou reklamu zablokovat.
Tuto vlastnost nabízí většina pokročilých reklamních systémů, mnoho uživatelů ji ale nevyužívá. Možnost zablokovat konkrétní reklamu je sice zajímavá a v jistých situacích velice užitečná, při nesprávném použití si ale takto můžete velice snadno spíše uškodit. Inzerenti cílící na váš web většinou platí za reklamu nemalé částky, převyšující standardní cenovou hladinu. Tím, že je vyřadíte, tak snížíte cenu pro všechny ostatní inzerenty a ve finále můžete znatelně prodělat.
AdSense Ad Review Center bude postupně spouštěno na jednotlivých účtech uživatelů. V zásadě budete mít na výběr ze dvou možností: “auto-allow”, kdy se nové reklamy automaticky schválí a začnou zobrazovat a pak možnost manuální kontroly. Tato volba ale znamená, že budete muset pravidelně kontrolovat nové reklamy a povolovat je (nebo naopak zamítat). Po 24 hodinách bude reklama i při volbě manuální kontroly automaticky zobrazena.
Přestože asi většina uživatelů AdSense tuto novou možnost příliš nevyužije, může se hodit na odstranění nevhodných reklam, hlavně u větších webů, které tyto cílené inzeráty nejčastěji zobrazují.
